Panel Interview The object of the panel interview is to identify whether your level of technical and behavioral competence matches that required for the vacant position.
Rating Candidate Each candidate is rated in order to compare their level of competence to the job requirements and, if necessary, to compare the candidates against each other.
Security & Reference Checks Before you are offered the position, references and security checks are made.
